Jewelry-Specific Note: Gemstones and precious metals are natural materials; slight imperfections are inherent and do not qualify as defects. Custom or engraved items may not be returned unless damaged.

Payment, Shipping, Returns

Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns: Unworn, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Final sale items (e.g., personalized jewelry) are non-returnable.
